YogaRebecca practices interdisciplinary yoga on the beach
in front of the gym. Drop-in yoga classes are held daily at 10 a.m.
Rebecca starts each class with an exercise working on balance,
coordination and mental fluidity. Specific muscle groups are targeted
each day. See below for the schedule. Monday - hips and shoulders
Tuesday - quadriceps and triceps Wednesday - gluteus maximus Thursday - back and abdominals Friday - hamstrings Saturday - detoxification flow Sunday - yin yoga (deep stretching) All classes are 90 minutes. Rebecca incorporates Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and guided meditations.
Blocks and mats are provided. Private lessons are also available.
GymThe gym is equipped with free weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls. The gym is open-air in front of the beach. Both
Jimmy and Rebecca offer personal training. Jimmy specializes in body
building and muscle developing. Rebecca specialized in muscle toning
and cardiac training.
Both are happy to help you build a routine to take home with you.
